Artivinco Racing Building, Pompano Beach, FL
Artivinco is a drag racing team that we worked with to design their new headquarters building to base there operations from. The team travels around the United States on the racing circuit and needed a facility headquarters for their administration staff, to make repairs, keep an inventory of parts, and have meetings with sponsors. We designed them a 7,200 SF facility complete with (3) additional leasable tenant spaces and a second floor owners office. We successfully obtained site plan approval from the city of Pompano Beach and are hoping to start construction soon.
